Mandy Clarke – Tenant Liaison & Property Inspections
Mandy Clarke joined Anthony James Property Management in May 2023 and has quickly become an integral and highly valued member of the team. Born and raised in Southport, she brings strong local knowledge combined with over twenty years’ experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
CeLMA qualified, Mandy specialises in tenant liaison, resident welfare, and property inspections. Her role is focused on ensuring that residents feel supported, informed and listened to throughout their tenancy or during works within their building. She acts as a key point of contact between managing agents, contractors, landlords and occupiers, helping to coordinate access, monitor progress on remedial works, and ensure that communication remains clear, professional and empathetic.
Mandy’s inspection work supports our wider compliance and asset management responsibilities. She carries out routine and responsive property visits, reports on condition issues, and assists in identifying maintenance priorities, helping to protect both resident safety and long-term asset value. Her structured reporting and attention to detail contribute to proactive management rather than reactive problem solving.
With three years’ dedicated service to the company, Mandy has developed a strong understanding of block management operations, health and safety awareness, and the importance of balancing service standards with cost-effective solutions for clients. She is recognised internally for her reliability, professionalism and calm approach when dealing with sensitive or challenging situations.
Outside of work, Mandy enjoys an active lifestyle, regularly attending gym classes and exploring the hiking trails of Merseyside and Lancashire with her two sons.
