We are absolutely delighted to welcome Aimee Keating to the AJ family. Out of more than 60 applicants for her role, Aimee stood out as the first choice—a true testament to her drive, professionalism, and natural talent.
Aimee joins us fresh from completing her T-Level in Design, Surveying, and Planning for Construction, where she excelled both academically and practically. Her qualifications are the equivalent of 3 A-Levels, and she completed over 300 hours of hands-on experience in an architectural and administrative setting. She brings a fantastic mix of technical skill, confidence, and energy—qualities that shone through during her interview.
Outside the office, Aimee is just as dynamic. She’s a committed rugby player, demonstrating teamwork, resilience, and grit—traits we’re sure will serve her well in the professional arena.
Although early in her career, Aimee shows huge promise, and we’re excited to support her development and progression as a valued member of the team. With her positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic, Aimee is set to thrive in the property management world.
