Mark Cunningham

Mark is a professional member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA), a NEBOSH Health and Safety qualified advisor, an Associate of the Institute of Property Management (AIRPM) and the appointed representative for Association of Residential Managing Agents ARMA-Q! Mark heads up our Leasehold Property Management Department alongside managing the operational growth of the business alongside Jacqui and Lyn and making sure the staff get their Friday morning bacon butties!


Lyn Cunningham

Originally from SA, Lyn has over 15 years’ experience in the lettings industry, is a professionally qualified member of ARLA (MARLA) and a Qualified Accountant.

Lyn manages the overall running of the company alongside Mark and sister Jacqui, overseeing the Lettings department and managing our Prosecco supplies (for the clients of course!).


Jacqui Holt
Director of Sales and Marketing

Jacqui was one of the original AJ Team working for the company in 2002! After taking time off to have her 4 children she has returned and continued take the Sales and Rental team from strength to strength and is now company Director. Jacqui is always ready with a listening ear, an uplifting chat or a kind word for both staff and clients, and is an expert mediator ensuring everyone is happy throughout the sales and rentals processes!


Nicole Trowell
Sales and Rentals Valuer

Nicole joins our team of property experts with her own wealth of experience in estate agency! A property enthusiast herself, Nicole has lived and worked locally for many years and knows Southport, Birkdale and surrounding areas like the back of her hand- Birkdale Village being a particular favourite! Nicole supports Jacqui with valuations, property listings and negotiating, as well as being a consistent point of contact her for buyers looking for the perfect home.


Jessica Scott
Sales and Rentals Negotiator

Jessica joined the team after finishing her University degree in 2018 and took to estate agency like a duck to water! Having achieved her Propertymark Qualification in Residential Sales in record time, Jessica now has the responsibility of being a constant point of contact within the office, ensuring buyers, tenants, vendors and landlords are kept updated. If you have ever been in to our office you will know Jessica by her huge smile!


James Tully
Sales and Rentals Negotiator

James joined Anthony James not long after Jessica and together they help their personal buyers and tenants find their perfect homes whilst keeping Landlords and Vendors up to date. With an extensive background in customer service (you can definitely tell!) and having been through the renting and purchasing processes himself, James is always ready with a friendly smile and a handshake and will go out of his way to help our clients. He is also a great property photographer!


Lisa Roberts
Sales and Rentals Negotiator

Another member of the team from the early days 2006-2008, Lisa returned to us after having her two beautiful children. An invaluable member of the team with years of estate agency experience and a Landlord herself, Lisa helps buyers and tenants find their perfect property, and Landlords find their perfect tenant. Our in-house matchmaker!


Janet Ashton
Lettings Administrator

With over 25 years experience in estate agency including a decade at Anthony James, there is not a lot Janet doesn’t know! Janet puts her experience to excellent use dealing with legal documents, tenancy paperwork, gas safety certificates and property compliance helping ensure our Landlords don’t pick up any hefty fines!


Kayleigh Jackson
Property Co-ordinator

If you ask Kayleigh what her primary role is she will probably tell you it is simply being ‘awesome’. Aside from being head of the office prank patrol Kayleigh is a whizz-kid with all things tenancy related, managing inspections, inventories, property maintenance and Landlord finances. Nothing gets past Kayleigh!


Kim Woolley
Property Co-ordinator

Another long-standing member of the team, Kim joined Anthony James back in 2012! Kim works alongside Kayleigh carrying out inventories and inspections and arranging maintenance.


Catherine Farrelly
Senior Leasehold Co-ordinator/Mother to Leo

Having previously worked in Sales and Lettings, Catherine has spent the last few years learning all there is to know about Leasehold Property Management. Catherine works alongside Lucy managing numerous blocks on behalf of their residents as the main point of contact for accounts, maintenance and project management. She is also a pro prosecco taster!


Lucy Greer
Leasehold Co-ordinator

Lucy works alongside Catherine sourcing and instructing contractors, overseeing maintenance works, managing projects and budgets for our Leasehold Property Management clients. When she’s not managing fabulous improvements to our Leasehold Clients homes, Lucy can be found relaxing at hers with husband Sean and their two cats!


Kieran Moore
Accounts Co-ordinator

Kieran is our resident tech whizz and can often be found devising new ways to be efficient! Kieran looks after accounts and utilities, and absolutely LOVES a spreadsheet.


Louise Cunningham
External Communications Delivery Consultant

Louise plays two vital roles within the office, both in her primary role and secondary role as Head of Health and Wellbeing. Louise monitors staff hydration levels and ensures there are always plenty of cups of tea in circulation, as well as liaising with external blue chip organisations such as The Post Office and High Street Banks.


AJ Cunningham
Director of Meet and Greet

AJ is responsible for all internal office staff complaint handling. He also mystery shops all local sandwich bars for free food during his lunchtime walk. AJ is one of the key team members on the “Meet and Greet” team.


Leo Farrelly
Director of Staff Morale

In Catherine’s own words “adorable”. Primary responsibility is ensuring all staff members have had their morning cuddle and are ready for the day. Enough said.
