Residential Lettings

Anthony James believe the key to a successful let is that the communication between the tenant and the agent does not stop once the tenancy has commenced. Our 24 hr advice line available to all our managed lets is vital to providing instant support in the event of a repair. Immediate advice can prevent an unnecessary call out charge for the landlord and allows the tenant to appreciate that they are not alone as we are always available for them no matter what the enquiry.

AJ offers two main services:

Let Only

The 'tenant find' option provides the landlord with the initial assistance in locating and referencing the ideal tenant, the marketing of the property, accompanying the viewings, advice on the property pre rental and collection of security deposits and first month's rent.

Fully Managed

Preferred by the majority of landlords, our 'fully managed' option also includes all on-going financial requirements, routine visits, regular inspections and pursuit of rent arrears, dealing directly with the tenants ourselves and reporting on any issues and updates.





Leasehold Block Management

Block management is a unique form of property management requiring specialised qualifications, skills and an in depth knowledge of legislation not normally found in the average residential letting agency. It is very personal and every site has different needs, different personalities but what every building needs is money.

At Anthony James we understand that all of our clients have their own lives. With this in mind our aim as a block management company is to take away the unnecessary distraction of upkeep and management of the property.

Anthony James is your local agent, working with local clients providing local approved contractors. We approach our work with diligence and efficiency. We work hard to ensure that all of the property is well maintained, clean and well managed. We organise regular inspections and work closely with all occupiers and owners to formulate a building maintenance plan for the next 12 months (Budget) and the next 5 years.

Our communication "heartbeat" is vital. This is achieved through regular face to face meetings, site inspections, Annual meetings (AGM's) specific meetings financial transparency are key to our professional service and we work diligently to achieve these continued high standards.
