Mark Cunningham - Regional Director

I started Anthony James Estate Agents with my wife Lyn in Warrington in 2002. My full name is Mark "Anthony James" Cunningham. I have over 12 years experience of the property industry most of which was gained in the London Market, although I was originally from Southport and went to school at St Mary's College in Crosby. I am responsible for The Valuation Team and oversee Southport and Crosby branches. My day to day duties are as Development Management for Senior Residential Valuations. I am currently studying to become a chartered residential surveyor at John Moores University in Liverpool. I am married to Lyn who deals with all my diary bookings and tasks. Lyn Cunningham - Director

I am originally from Cape Town, South Africa where I qualified as an Accountant. Having come from South Africa where service is "king", the key to establishing a successful partnership between all clients and agent I believe, comes from a relationship built on trust between all parties and exceptional service. I have over 7 years experience of the property industry most of which was gained in the London market. I am responsible for the Lettings Team and as I am also a Landlord, I understand the frustrations that are faced by today's Landlords. This frustration ultimately led to starting Anthony James with my husband, Mark Cunningham in 2002. I also oversee all accounts, marketing and administration for both the Southport and Crosby branches. Gavin McGuire - Southport Sales & Lettings Negotiator

I recently started work at Anthony James Estate Agents, am new to the property industry but looking forward to new challenges ahead. After several years as a computer engineer I felt like a change in career and went into catering to learn all about customer service. I quickly became manager of a busy restaurant in Liverpool city centre and then decided to put my customer relations into the property industry as I have always held a passion to pursue a career in this line of work. I have been given a great opportunity to work with a young and enthusiastic team at Anthony James. Louise Cunningham - Office Junior

I have worked for Anthony James Estate Agents for over 2 years. 'Born and bred in the North West, I have lived in Southport for over 23 years. My job involves ensuring all staff are fed and watered all day including teas & coffees for customers. My main job is to ensure that all post is sent out quickly to all customers.

Mandy Anson - Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Having emigrated from Liverpool to live in sunny Southport in my late teens, I now live with my partner, a local builder, and my daughter Lauren. I previously worked for an International Newspaper group, changing careers to join the Anthony James team and continuously enjoy my challenging work here. Based at the Crosby branch, my role as negotiator gives me great satisfaction whether it's getting a great result for vendors or finding the perfect home for a buyer or tenant.
