Anthony James was started by Lyn and Mark Cunningham in the back bedroom of their house in Warrington in 2003. Since then we have organically grown year after year. We currently have 25 staff in total. We are without doubt the largest independent residential estate agents in Sefton specialising in all aspects of residential estate agency including sales, rentals and leasehold block management.
